Program Description

The Livtech SMS Program is operated by Livtech, Inc. ("Livtech," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Livtech, Inc. at that number.

Messages you may receive include:

• Responses to inquiries you submit to us
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Account, service, and support notifications

How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Livtech web form and providing your mobile number, or by providing express consent to a Livtech representative. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Livtech, Inc.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Livtech, Inc. does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We also honor the keywords UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

You may also withdraw consent through any other reasonable method, including by emailing info@livtechinc.com, calling (484) 460-2600, or sending written notice to the address below. A withdrawal of consent received through any method will be applied to all automated calls and text messages we send you.

To rejoin, opt in again through a Livtech web form or by providing express consent to a Livtech representative.

Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Livtech, Inc.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent Records

When you opt in, we record the date and time of your consent, the mobile number provided, the exact consent language displayed to you, the page on which consent was given, and associated technical details. You may request a copy of your consent record, or request its deletion, by contacting us at info@livtechinc.com. We may retain records necessary to honor your opt-out.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number you provide.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
